At Emergent, we are committed to delivering intentional, high-quality experiences for our members. All memberships are offered as annual subscriptions and include a 30 day consideration period beginning on the date of purchase.

If you choose to cancel your membership within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. After the 30 day period has passed, all membership fees are non refundable and apply to the full annual term. This applies regardless of membership usage, event attendance, or participation in programming.

Memberships are non transferable and cannot be paused, prorated, or partially refunded. Refunds are not issued for missed events, unused benefits, or scheduling changes.
